Notice of COWHA AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Central Ontario Wolves Hockey Association will be held at the Little Britain Community Centre (over the arena) on Wednesday May 27that 7:30PM.

The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:-
Reports from Directors of the Corporation
Receive the financial statements for the corporation for the year 2014-15 and the projected financial position for 2015-16.
To approve the new bylaws and rules of operation as may be required By-Law_changes_2015.pdf
To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting including election of officers:- President, VP of Business and Treasurer.
April 12th, 2015 shall be considered the date of record for determination of members entitled to notice of the Meetings and the right to vote thereat.  Members in good standing as of the date of record are entitled to one vote per member.
