The COWHA Board has By-laws that we use as
foundational guide to ensure effective governance and decision-making
detailing COWHA's structure, rules, and procedures.
This document aligns with the Regulations and Policies/ Procedures of the OMHA as well as the Canada Non-For-Profit Act.
By adhering to this guiding document, the Board can navigate complexities effectively, uphold organizational values, and fulfill its duties to our Members.
This document is reviewed annually and any updates are brought forward to the Annual General Meeting to be voted on and approved.
