2024-2025 Registration Fees: our fees have increased slightly this year to account for rising ice costs, which is the bulk of our costs as an organization. We are working very hard to keep costs as low as possible while providing a rewarding and high performance program for our Players.
The registration fees cover; 2 practices per week, home games, development programming (includes goalies), goalie clinics, home and away jerseys with customized name bars and numbers, home and away socks, HUDL Video Analysis, team Pixellot cameras to record each game, team iPads for GameSheet and a Banquet night which is held at the end of the season. The registration fees do not include Team Fees which cover team related costs such as Referee and Time Keeper Costs, Tournament Costs, Coaches Costs, Trainers Costs and other related Team Expenses. Each Coach will provide all prospective players with a Team Budget prior to signing.
Two Methods of Payment: 1) PayPal or 2) E-Transfer*
Two Schedules of Payment: 1) Pay in Full* by May 10 or 2) Pay in 3 installments (May 10, August 15, October 15).

NOTE:
• You MUST continue using a consistent payment method. If you start with PayPal, you must continue with that payment format. Same goes for E-Transfer.
• If registration payments for Signed Players have not been processed by dates outlined above, the Player will not be allowed to participate in any team events and will be considered to be a Player not in good standing.

2) E-Transfer: If you have chosen to pay via E-Transfer, please follow the instructions below:

In the Message section, please include:
- Player Name (first and last)
- Player Team (i.e. U13)
- Contact Name, Email and Phone #
- Payment being made (i.e. Full, Deposit, Installment 1 or 2)
Refund Policy (U10- U16)
The refund policy is for the registration fees only. The original deposit is non-refundable. If at anytime during the month of September, a player decides to return to their Home Centre, then the registration fee scheduled for payment up to and including that month must be paid or 50% of the applicable registration, which ever is less. If a player decides to return to their Home Center during the month of October or later, all registration fees must be paid in full before they will be released. Lastly, if your child can't play due to injury, there will not be a refund.
