Attached is our team agreement for our Sudbury Hotel staying at the Holiday Inn and everyone is committed to a three night stay starting Thursday. I've also attached a list of who is committed to the rooms. I will need a head count per room by adults and kids by October 25 so the hotel knows what to organize for breakfast.
