MIDGET WOLVES PREPARE FOR START OF SEASON!!!
It is now that time for the Midget Team, With a successful tryout that concluded with 2 exhibition game wins against the Oshawa Minor Generals. The Midget Wolves head into the start of their season tonight in Peterborough.

The Coaching staff is very excited about how the team is coming together. There is still a lot of work to do but the team is off to a great start. All the players are working hard and improvement is already being seen.

I would like to thank all of the players that attended tryouts. My decisions were not easy to make and I appreciate all of the effort that the players put in trying to make the team. I wish all of the players the best of luck this season and I hope to see you back out to tryouts for next year.

I would also like to thank all of the following Junior teams for working with me.

Brad Currie, Little Britain Merchants
Clair Cornish, Port Perry Mojacks
Dan West, Lindsay Muskies
Ron Archibald, Uxbridge Bruins

As well a special thank you to Cliff Long
as well to Bob Anderson.

As I am new to this area, these gentlemen were a great assistance in getting my name and program out there to players.

It takes a lot to put a Team together at this level and I am very appreciative for everything that has gone into getting to this point. I also need to thank all of my evaluators throughout the tryout process, your insights are greatly appreciated.

I would like to thank the Central Ontario Wolves Executive for this opportunity, as well as for your patience in this process it has been very stressful on everyone involved.

As Herb Brooks said "GREAT MOMENTS ARE BORN OF GREAT OPPORTUNITIES"

As we look forward to the season I hope that as many of you as possible will come out and support the Midget Wolves. I believe that this team have great moments in store for them and I feel very honoured to be the Head Coach.

We have a great group of players, and this season MVP Player Development will be highlighting one player each week. It will be posted here as well as on the MVP Player Development pages. Keep checking back to see who will be highlighted.

Here's to the start of a great season.

Thanks Everyone
