Minor Peewees bring home Silver from Markham Majors tournament!
Submitted By bm on Sunday, October 7, 2012
Congratulations to the Central Ontario Wolves Minor Peewees who played 7 games in 3 days to finish second in a pool of 15 teams at the Markham Majors Fall Classic.  With a record of 4-2-1 the Wolves beat Markham Majors, Pittsburg, and tied Kitchener Rangers.  On Sunday they went on to beat Ajax Pickering and Clarington to get to the final game at 3:15pm.  The final game against Markham Waxers ended in a loss of 2-0 but was a great hard fought battle to the end.  The team played an amazing weekend of hockey and should be very proud of themselves.  I know the parents are very proud of the whole team!!  They worked hard and saw the results.  Congratulations!!
