Atoms Win Wolves Cup!!
Congratulations to the Major Atom Wolves for winning the Wolves Cup Championship this past weekend.
After their first game loss, the Atom Wolves battled through the remaining games to finish the round robin with a 3-1 record. The boys continued to fight hard in the Semi-final game, defeating Markham Waxers 2-1 by scoring the winning goal with only 1:30 left in the game!!The championship game was played against the Northbay Trappers and again it was a hard fought game. With the game tied at 3, the Atom Wolves managed to net the winner with 47 seconds left on the clock!!! The final score was 4-3.
