PINK IN THE RINK!!
Submitted By Bonnie Lemaire on Tuesday, October 27, 2015
Hey folks! it`s that time of year!!

COW is hosting their annual PINK IN THE RINK DAY!
Packed with lots of great Hockey and loads of fun....

Wolves Blue & White will be Transformed into Wolves Black and Pink On Saturday November 14th as the Central Ontario Wolves And the Canadian Cancer Society have teamed up again to host a Pink in the Rink event. Seven Central Ontario Wolves Teams will face the Ajax Pickering Raiders while one Wolves team will face Oshawa Generals at the Lindsay Rec Center Starting at 12:00pm and ending with our Midgets playing Peterborough Petes at 8:00pm.

Let’s take this day to reflect on how we can support each other while giving our time to a worthwhile cause. Cancer affects everyone – young and old, the rich and poor, men, women, children and sadly; the entire Wolves’ Family. It represents a tremendous burden on patients, families and society. Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world. We are going to take this to the next level and show Cancer that the Wolves are here to help fight this devastating disease.

The Highlights of this event will include Survivors and those Fighting for Ceremonial Puck Drops with Each Team, Chuck-A-Puck during intermission, Silent Auction, Caricature Artist Rob Westall and a sale of Wolves Pink in the Rink Game Pucks, touques and more!

So wear your Pink and join us and The Canadian Cancer Society Saturday November 14th for a Great Day of Hockey, and a Fight Against Cancer!!

STAY TUNES FOR A LIST OF AUCTION ITEMS!
