We are currently looking for volunteers to join our Executive Committee in a variety of roles. This is your chance to help guide the direction of our association, support our players and families, and ensure we continue to offer the best possible experience for our kids. The time commitment is realistic and works around busy lives.
Immediate Need: Secretary (Honorarium Provided)
We are actively seeking a Secretary to join the Executive right away. This role involves taking meeting minutes, organizing records, and supporting communication across the board. It’s a structured role that’s critical to how we operate, and we do provide an honorarium to recognize the time commitment.
Paid Role: Ice Scheduler for the 2026–2027 Season
This is a paid position responsible for coordinating and managing ice time across the association. It’s a key role that requires attention to detail and planning. To support a smooth hand-off, we’re offering the opportunity to shadow and learn from our current Ice Scheduler during the upcoming season, allowing for proper on-boarding and a manageable transition.
Other Opportunities to Get Involved
We’re also looking for support in areas such as:
• Social media and communications
• Equipment management and inventory
• Event planning
• Hockey operations and player development
• Fundraising and sponsorship
You don’t need prior board experience—just a willingness to get involved and a desire to make a positive impact.
Time Commitment
Meetings are held virtually every three weeks and typically last no more than 90 minutes. Occasionally, we’ll meet in person, but always with respect for everyone’s time and commitments.
Why Join Us
• Be part of shaping the experience for our players and families
• Work with a supportive and collaborative team
• Make a meaningful difference in the community
• Keep the time commitment realistic and manageable
