By Darryl Knight Scugog Standard & Uxbridge Cosmos Welcome to tonight’s ETA Midget match-up between the Central Ontario Wolves (13-4-3) and the Whitby Wildcats (4-9-4). The Wolves come into tonight’s game still sitting in second place in the East Division, following a busy week that saw the team upend Kingston 2-1 on home ice last Tuesday night before advancing to the semi-finals at the Waterloo Golden Puck tournament over the weekend.

By Darryl Knight Scugog Standard & Uxbridge Cosmos The Central Ontario Wolves Midget ‘AAA’ team was well represented at this past weekend’s ETA Showcase in Aurora, with five players taking part in the All Star Game. Suiting up for Team East: Ben Addison, Troy Bowditch, Creed Jones, Owen Smith and James White all played key roles in a 4-3 victory. Bowditch continued his strong play of late, earning Game MVP honours after scoring a goal and adding an assist. White also netted a goal and an assist, while Smith chipped in with a single helper. 7 Members of the Central Ontario Wolves selected to the Midget All-Star Game Congratulations to the following Players and Staff that have recently been selected to the 2016-17 ETA All Star Team. After a tremendous start to the season this team finds themselves in a race for 1st in the East. This All-Star game will be played during the Midget Showcase Weekend where 100's of OHL/NCAA Scouts and Managers will be evaluating Ontario's best AAA Minor and Major Midget talent. The Game will be held: Saturday December 3rd at the Aurora Community Center 2:00PM
