The Minor Atoms had another great weekend of winning, this time at the Junior Bulldogs tournament in Hamilton the weekend of December 6th to 8th. The boys went undefeated in their preliminary rounds finishing 1st in the A pool.
The finish propelled them directly to the semi finals where they faced a very tough Windsor team. Unfortunately the boys came up short in that game but still had a lot of fun and represented the team and organization like true professionals.
Congrats to the Mississauga Rebels on their championship drive at the tournament as they worked hard for the win!

The boys had a great weekend of winning. They went all the way to the finals where they lost in the 2nd overtime to Ajax Pickering but they still brought home a silver medal. Way to go boys!

For the month of October our Minor Atom Wolves changed their laces and tape to pink to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer. On Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend our players and parents spent the day in front of the Lindsay and Port Perry Canadian Tire tagging in order to raise money for the team but also for Breast Cancer Awareness.
We couldn't be more proud of our boys as they were respectful, polite and represented the team and organization with pride.
We are happy to announce that we were able to donate $300.00 to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
We also want to thank Canadian Tire for allowing us the opportunity to use their locations in Lindsay and Port Perry to support this great cause.

The Central Ontario Minor Atoms will be travelling to Hamilton and competing in the Hamilton Junior Bulldogs Tournament December 6-8th. We are looking to play spoiler and turn some heads when we play some of the western teams and show them what we are made of.
